Meet MARIE

I’ve always sensed what others didn’t say. Long before I had words, I sensed the energy in a room - the truth unspoken, the shift before it surfaced. The truth beneath the words, behind the silence.

For years, I shaped these sensitivities into conventional forms—earning an MSc in Commerce and guiding transformation from the outside in corporate, marketing, communication, and strategy.

Then life paused me. A severe concussion halted all structure and noise, opening a portal into deeper awareness. In the quiet that followed, my senses returned—clearer, more attuned, and ready to remember. That rupture wasn’t new power—it was a return to what had always been.

Today, as a medium, healer, intuitive, and energetic guide, I hold space for others to reconnect with what’s true—not as a mere concept, but as a lived experience. This work isn’t about fixing or becoming someone new; it’s about gently returning to who you’ve always been. My work is deeply energetic, rooted in presence and honesty.

I offer bespoke energetic containers, attuned to your unique frequency, where your insights emerge and your healing unfolds. I listen, reflect, and speak—sparingly and precisely. Sometimes we sit in silence; other times we move, breathe, laugh, or speak. The field we co-create holds the magic and does the rest. There is no formula - only a space attuned to what wants to unfold through you.

I live by the sea in Northern Zealand, cherishing quiet mornings and the profound shifts that happen when we simply listen -to ourselves, to each other, and to the spaces in between.

Marie Lohmann Frøjk (MSc Commerce) is a Danish certified coach, medium, intuitive guide, and energy healer. She works at the intersection of energy, presence, and truth. Renowned for holding potent liminal space, she weaves intuitive insight with grounded pragmatism - guiding individuals and groups back to their natural rythm and inner truth. Marie teaches and holds sessions from Denmark, reconnecting people with their essence, intuition and the quiet power within.
