Each session is unique. There's no fixed method, we meet in presence and allow what's ready to emerge. Some sessions are silent, some are spoken, and others move entirely on an energetic level - at times taking form through sound, movement or artwork you can keep and return to.

I listen beyond words and beyond appearances. Nothing is forced. In the space I hold, something in you can settle, clarify, and begin to heal in the way that's most natural to you.
